Really a pleasure to deal with Nick, who both took the call and did the repair. He answered my questions about the work, explaining exactly what had to be done and the cost, which was quite reasonable, called before he came, which was actually a few minutes earlier than the scheduled window, and did the repair. In terms of garage door problems, this was only a minor repair, but I will certainly be calling Central Jersey Garage Door if I need any other work done on my garage doors in the future, and I'm happy to recommend you do the same.

The doors were installed as promised, work well and look great.

I was called back promptly and set up an appointment. I had to wait a few days because of my schedule, but this company was worth waiting for! Victor, the owner, is courteous and professional. He had the door repaired quickly and at a reasonable rate. I will definitely use them again and I recommend this company without reservation.

The response was awesome, called on a Sunday night, received a response within 30 minutes, was scheduled for the next morning. Total professional, called prior to arrival, punctual and had the job finished within a half an hour. Would highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

I received very fast (next morning) response to my (after-hours) message that I left, requesting quote. I confirmed that I understood both sides would be replaced and the quote given by phone was $138 (understanding more, if "something else" was broken). I wasn't at address, but the final charge was $238. My relative wanted to clarify quote was $138 with technician and when doing so, was reportedly told something to the extent of "...that would have been the price if both sides were not broken", I thought it was understood that both sides were being replaced, as we discussed that by phone, when quoted. I'm going to say the misunderstanding was mine, or my relative did not give me full information that was given to her by the service tech (regarding reason for increased cost to that degree). I felt the responsiveness and professionalism of the interaction I had by phone, was great. The somewhat sticker shock of the extra $100 was probably my misunderstanding, but I know what I heard. I only share, to perhaps suggest you have a more detailed conversation than I chose to engage in possible, re: reasons price will rise. I simply received quote, sounded fair, knew high ratings from Angie's list gave confidence in work and asked when can you be there. They arrived as promised, so I'm satisfied. This is as much an issue with my skipping detail or requesting relative call me if price was different to get reason directly from technician, simply to understand it. I'm told garage door lifting is as good as new. I would call them again.

The install went exceptionally well.  The installers knew their business, were professional, courteous and  cleaned up after themselves.  We had no issues with the doors or the installers.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for new garage doors.

It was a pleasure to work with Joe and I have no reservations whatsoever to use him again and refer him to friends. He was responsive to my initial call, and was able to be at our house the next morning, even when I told him this was not an emergency as the door was still operating. He said he would be at our house at 10 am. At a few minutes before 10, he called just to say he was running about 10 minutes late, which we appreciated. He examined the unit, was able to fix the problem without the need for any new parts, let alone an entire new unit ( which some other services I spoke to on the phone said I would "probably need". We only paid for a very fair priced service charge. Joe was a pleasure to work with, if there was a way to give him more than 5 stars I would.

Provider returned my call within one hour.  Gave quote and scheduled appointment during initial call back.  Showed up on time. Job took exactly how long he said it would (less than an hour.)  Left area clean. Final cost was exactly as quoted. Almost three months later; garage door and sensors continue to work without problems.
Provider was professional, accurate, and on on time. I couldn't ask for better service.
Would definitely use his services again if needed. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I called Victor.  He is professional, competent and gives fair prices.  He doesnt need to send out coupons and deals all the time, he has repeat business and fair pricing

Victor came within the time range he gave. He called a half hour before arriving. Victor was very polite, professional, and was done within a half hour. This was the second time we used his service. The previous time, he diagnosed why the door would not close properly, replaced the pulleys on the garage door at a very reasonable price, and was very honest. We were very happy to use his service again. Oh, by the way, this time, I needed to call Victor back, as the door was bouncing back after the repair. He told me the garage door opener is very old, and the adjustment is limited, but he came back the next day. My wife was so impressed that Victor was apologizing for our inconvenience that he had to return. He was able to adjust the door at no charge.

We Called for service since we were unable to open the garage door on a Friday afternoon.  Were told he could be out the following Monday, but, said he would come out  Saturday after my hussbend told him that I was disabled and needed to get out should there be an emergency.  He was prompt and did a good job that we feel was fairly priced.  Afterwards, my husband  said that the doors now run "like butter".  Totally satisified with this contractors work and professionalism.  Have referred him to our son who is having a prolem with his garage doors also.

They were way above what they had to do. They ordered my garage door for me and it was a better one than what I would have expected because, the one I originally wanted they couldn't get, but they didn't charge extra for the better door. Excellent work, everything was done with perfection.

Owner contacted us right away and scheduled an appointment for estimate. He arrived on time and gave a fair estimate for new garage door opener and door. He left brochures to pick out door style. The installers arrived on time and were excellent. They were the owner's sons. Pleasant and courteous they took care of everything in under 4 hours. Removed the old door along with the old door opener and left the garage clean. Door works quietly. Would recommend them to anyone.
