Very well. Everyone was punctual, friendly, professional and dedicated. I felt they treated my home as if it was their own. Could'nt have had a better experience.

The company stuck with us through many treatments, since we had such a bad infestation. They were always professional and very concerned on helping get rid of the bed bugs. Their preparation information was thorough and very easy to follow, which I believed helped us get rid of these pests easier in the long run. Their concern was getting us back to normal life and that care and concerned showed in everything they did. I would not hesitate to call them for any pest control needs in the future.

My phone call for an appointment was promptly returned. A very nice gentleman showed up and thoroughly sprayed outside for termites. He also sprayed for an ant problem we arrived to find, both inside and out. He was on time and worked constantly. We were very satisfied, and asked for a yearly contract, which we received in the mail a few days later. Can't ask for more!

The response was immediately when I called with a concern.  There was an incident that was not in their control but they fixed the situation at no additional cost to me with minimal disruption effecting my time and schedule.  I would recommend them without hesitation.

Arrived promptly on scheduled day of service and completed treatment. A re-treatment was required and there was no charge for it as specified prior to the first treatment. Very satisfied with my experience. Will definitely use Callahan's again if needed.

Work was not done as originally explained.  When I questioned owner told me he made a mistake.
We'll see.  Overall they seemed to be reputable.

From the first phone call, I knew I made the right choice. I found them on Angie's List. They were professional and honest. I like that it is family owned and ran. I would 100% use them again if I needed to.

They come in stages, like they will come a few times to spray the bees and then you call them and then they will come back again if there still are a few lingering around. We went with the annual package. They spray inside and outside carpenter bees, they spray pretty much everything. When we are having trouble with our carpenter bees, we just call them and then they would come out the next day and take care of everything and they follow through making sure that we were satisfied with their work.

They were prompt and they got rid of the termites. They were friendly and professional.

I've used this company three times - once was this time last year to treat for cave crickets (and it took them a whole year to come back) and several months ago to treat for mice.  I had Dave come out this morning to treat again for cave crickets and while he was there he noticed an area in my basement that the last guy didn't treat for mice so he did that for me as well.
I signed up for the quarterly contract ($65-ish) which would've saved me money already since they've come out three separate times in one calendar year.
I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends, especially if Dave was the guy coming to your house.  He couldn't not have been nicer, more professional and willing to spend some time discuss what he was doing and my options.

I have used them for about 12 years now. They are always on time. I like that they thoroughly inspect everything, and I can trust that they take care of the problem. They have gone above and beyond to help me. They give me a very fair price, and always provide excellent service. I have not had any problems with them, and because of this I have already recommended them to my friends and family.

I had ants coming into my house and the stuff you can buy in stores did not do the trick. When i called the company was willing to give me a price over the phone, which other companies did not do. They were friendly, professional and willing to explain what they were doing. They sprayed all around my house, I have not seen ants, spiders or other bugs since. They gave me a 90 day warranty. If the ants come back during the 90 days, they will come out and spray again free of charge. I am very happy with the result and would use them again.

Tech did not arrive on time, but called us to tell us he was running late. Tech knew his business; very pleasant and informative;  treatment seems to have cured the problem.

Overall excellent service.  From treating my rental home many years ago until today, this company has taken care of all my "pesky needs".

They come out once or twice a year to carry out treatment. They are very respectful, very knowledgeable, and very professional. They are wonderful. They are very careful when they come to our house to do the spraying. They tell us everything about what they are doing. They also return our calls right away if we call them. They are just great. I would recommend them to anybody.

They are fabulous. It's a good price that I am paying considering the area that I stay. Their price is good as I have checked around and they are pretty competitive. I like the people. I am using them since I have moved here. It's been about three years. They've got the same crew that's been here all the time. I know their names, they know the house and it's done between three different people, but it's only one of them that come to the house. They are a great crew. They are really conscientious and they do their job. They are nice, leave it clean and leave a report at the end. They are courteous. They have never been late and always calm. I have actually had to call on the day to cancel an appointment, there was no problem at all and it was really easy to reschedule. I would recommend them.

Callahans answered my call within a few hours, set up a timely appointment, came on time. They were very professional, knowledgeable, clean, and thouough.

They are fantastic. We have used them since we moved to our house about 2 1/2 years ago. They send a card about three weeks ahead of time advising when they will be coming, so I can change my appointment if I need to. They come out when they say they will and they are on time. They are a pretty small company. If I ever call to change an appointment the owner always answers the phone and the son comes out to do the work or another brother/sister. They are very helpful and I feel very comfortable with them. I had a field mouse last winter and they helped me set up traps and told me what to do if I caught one. I pay them quarterly and their price is pretty reasonable.
