I drive 2 hours to see them, down from NY. The doctor is very good. His personality, the fact that he cares about the animals, and that he gets the owner involved in the visit makes the drive worthwhile. The vet lets you hold the dog while checking the dog out, which in turn makes the dog less scared. The office staff will help you keep track of his records, even sending you email reminders. I often get bloodwork back in 24 hours - which is quicker than when I get bloodwork back at my doctor's office!

They are very responsive and he is an overall great vet. They have a website to check out our pets history. When they are in need of routine check-ups, they will notify us of the due date for the appointment.

It was our first visit. There were not many veterinarians in our area that ratings, but he had one good rating and he was in the area where I work. He also has experience with the ailment that my dog had; heartworms. The vet was good and they took care of my dog; the treatment was good and the dog got over the problem with no complications. The treatment was expensive; my dog had to stay there for two days. The vet was helpful and took time to explain things to me. Everyone was fine and helpful and I will go back there again.

I was able to schedule an appointment after normal work hours (6:30pm) within 1 week of calling their office, which was great since I needed to bring my two cats in to test them for urinary tract infections. One or both of them were peeing outside their litter box and it was rather urgent that I get them in. I think I called on Monday and was able to book an appointment that Wednesday, in the evening. Their evening hours are great. Everyone I encountered on that first appointment was great, from the receptionist to the assistent to the vet... very friendly, helpful, patient and punctual. They handled the cats wonderfully, and had us in and out in under 1/2 hr. My only "neutral" rating was based on price. I don't believe they are more or less expensive than the average, and was surprised at the overall cost of this visit, although I think it was fair. I have been back once with the cats, and also spent more than I expected, but will keep going back due to the service and punctuality of this place, as well as the helpfulness of the staff. The receptionist was full of suggestions for handling the errant pee problem... and both cats are better now!

This last time they took x-rays of her hip and everything so it was more expensive than usual. If they can’t do something there, they will recommend other places. I have a cat with eye problems and they knew that they didn’t want to deal with his eye so they sent me to an animal ophthalmologist. I have been going to them for 35 years with all of my animals and I’ve never ever had a problem with them. It's going to cost you but I think their price is comparable to the other vets around here. If you have a problem with your animal, you can bring them right in.

I have been taking my pets to Brick Town for over ten years. They love my cat and they schedule really well so I do not have to wait for too long. They have always been very caring and are very professional.
