I highly recommend Kurt Blatt and Brick by Brick Inspections. Kurt is extremely thorough. Kurt does not just point out red flags, he also points out items that his client should know so that they have a good understanding about the home. Kurt will go the extra mile. He did for us. He made a special second visit to the home on very short notice so that he could test the Air Conditioning systems with the proper outside temperature. Kurt does not just send you a report and walk away. He is there to answers questions and cares about his clients.

Kurt was outstanding,his report was detailed including pictures to follow,complete description of problem areas,he walked me through his inspection and pointed out what was wrong or correct. He also took my calls after the inspection to help me choose a contractor that was as detailed as himself. I would recommend Kurt from Brick to Brick Home Inspections to anyone who purchases a home. I have a lot of experience in construction,siding,little roof work , plumbing and electrical but I never informed Kurt of my experience. I was impressed,too!
