When I went to the store I was greeted by the female manager who directed me to the salesman who I had contacted via email. He was friendly and did not steer me towards the upper end model but sold me a quality pool for my needs. They did not force or try to force me to use their installers but offered it as a option with pricing and availability. They also gave me name and details of outside installer who I did use and was very satisfied with. Overall my experience with Branch Brook was positive. However, I must say the original Branch Brook was a nightmare…the new owner has turned the store and shopping exprerience around.
