Called & left voice messages on 8/7/17 & 8/9/17. NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL. NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS

In our case, we supplied the tile and grout, and my husband had the rooms all prepped and ready for the tile (floor leveled, Hardi board installed, etc). I believe that you could also have Bill do that as well. (my husband is a retired carpenter, so we did that work ourselves). Bill does ALL the work, he does not have other employees, if you hire Bill, you get Bill. He was prompt getting back to us to schedule the work, and everything went smoothly.
The two bathrooms look great! We used white subway tile, and some glass accent tiles in each room. The floor in the main bath is 12" porcelain tiles, with a matching bullnose trim along the wall base.
