I ordered a 15 yard dumpster 4 days ago. I called the morning of the delivery to find out what the plan was. "Oh hes at the dump, **** be to you within 2 hours"..... waited 2 hours and I called........ "Oh, he should be right there"......... another 2 hours goes by and I call "oh let me call him and find out whats going on"...... an hour later.... nothing. I have ordered a dumpster from them 1 other time, and they drove all over my lawn , (I have a farm with a commercial driveway where I wanted the dumpster delivered!) the ruts are still there 3 years later. I figured Id give them another chance, and they never even called me. When I called to cancel the order (its now 3 pm, the day is wasted) I get "Oh, ok, sorry 'bout that" and he hangs up on me. All I want is open communication; you call your customer and tell them what you are/are not going to do, its that simple. I dont have all day to wait around, all they had to do is call me and let me know whats happening. I dont know what did/didnt happen, but all I wanted was a square deal, a straight shooter. You dont leave your customers hanging all day with no phone calls.

removed and demolished a 23-foot boat that was leaning on a Jersey shore house as a result of storm damage. Their price was the fairest I found, by far, They were prompt, friendly and competent and always responded to my phone calls quickly and courteously.
