I have been a member here for a long time. It is clean, I like the equipment, and they satisfy my needs.

Their hours are fantastic. You have to ask when you go in if there is a guard on duty. If it turns out that there isn’t, then you have to call the front desk and tell them that there is no guard on duty. So, that has been my problem. I like the hours and the price that I pay. You don’t have the swimming pool open without a certified life guard. You have to have a connection between the swimming pool and what to do in the event of an emergency. They don’t have a telephone that has an outside line available. They also don’t have any sign up that says what to do. So, they don’t have a sign or a phone that connects to 911. They have a sauna, a hot tub and a swimming pool in the vicinity. You need to tell the front desk. Then you will have to cross examine them after they say yes to make sure that they actually know that there is somebody there. There should be a sign and a phone there in case of an emergency telling people what to do. They are not responsive to the problem. The quality is affected with the lack of safety. I brought this problem to their attention, but it continues to be a problem. I would use their services in the future too because I really need the pool. I have a membership. I go in, I cross examine the front desk and I take my cell phone with me as well. If I am down there, I just call the outside line and tell that there are 10 people in the swimming pool area with no guard. I don’t know whether anyone is certified to handle a water rescue. They do have the rescue equipment like the life saver. So, that’s a plus.
