Arbor Rich Tree Service

Crew arrived exactly as promised. Cut down a large twin Oak right next to the house and pool. Good cleanup. I would use them again. Good price right in the middle of my four estimates. Overall good experience.

I obtained three quotes before hiring Arbor Rich. Rich provided a very competitive quote and was able to schedule the work the same week. I had a small tree and very large tree that needed to be cut back quite a bit. Access to the yard for the large tree was tight, so the team had to remove an arbor to gain access with their equipment. They worked quickly, picked up every branch and reinstalled the arbor. Rich didn't leave until he had me inspect their work to make sure I was satisfied. I would not only use them again but I would highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job.. They were very efficient , yet careful, in removing the tree. They returned the next day as promised to grind the stump. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the tree removal and the stump grinding.

Went well. Tree looks great and no damage done to the lawn or house.

Nice guy. He brought a lot of equipment and got the job done in like ten minutes. I have never seen anything like it. They moved tons of weight and trees like it was easy to do. They have the equipment to do it.

They arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job.

Arbor Rich exceeds expectations! They were prompt, honest, have the equipment needed, do good work, and clean up meticulously. They did not try to oversell the job when I asked them to evaluate a tree. Also they have a small lift that they can use for places with difficult access.

It went well. Rich came by reviewed what needed to be done. He provided a quote and set an appointment for 2 days later. (Tuesday for Thursday). The Crew came at 8:30 am Thursday morning, and set out to remove the tree. Very professional crew did excellent work. In short order the tree was gone, and put through the wood chipper. The next day, the stump was ground down. This is a good provider. I would hire again.

I called them at 1PM and they called me back by 5PM and said they could come right over to give me an estimate. The guy who arrived was extremely nice and we negotiated a price. He then said he would come the next day in the afternoon to do the work. He came about 1PM with a crew and did a wonderful job on my tree. They were very professional, reliable, skilled and charged a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

I called on a mon. am and Rich returned the call that same afternoon, came and gave me an estimate. He was able to come the next am, which he did and in 3 hrs all the cutting was done. He never asked for money till he was finished the job. He had to return on sat. to grind the stumps, which he did  promptly and neatly .Rich and his crew were professional, friendly, polite and courteous,I would hire him again in a heartbeat .

Sent email inquiry with details and Rich went to the site and quickly evaluated and called me next day with cost and schedule. They arrived on time, did exactly what they were scheduled to do and even a little more for no extra. Left the place so clean I did no know they were there.

At their current company size they are so easy to work with and reasonable cost as well.

I had an initial meeting with Rich to discuss removal of roots protruding onto a walkway and what to do with maple tree damaged by wind from Sandy.  I liked his answers and price so we agreed on the job.  He called within a week to schedule the day. 
He came with a crew and a tall lift.  Both trees look so much better with the dead wood gone, and are hopefully healthier.  The branches from the rear oak which were hitting neighbors' garages are gone. Protruding roots were chopped out of pathway.  All debris was carted away and place looks great.  Now if I could only get my house raised before the 3rd anniversary of Sandy.

I could not recall the name of this provider who I used 2 years ago, so I called someone at the phone book called Treemasters.
Treemasters price is beyond what I can afford and find it very unreasonable. So I searched my records and finally found Arbor Rich to be the company. Rich, the owner responded to my call in 30 minutes, handed me the invoice and he set the date in 2 days. The one I found in the phone book, did not give any invoice but just said, and quot;I am giving you $425.00 less than what I charged normally.and quot; Well, do the multiplication if Arbor Rich price quotation is 5 times less.
Rich came with his 2 workers who unselfishly pruned more branches than what we have discussed. They were very pleasant and professional. The broken branches were cleaned and the fallen leaves were all blown-off. I am very satisfied with the work done and I voluntarily told him that I will give him the best review, ever. His attitude is what counts most for me. If there is more branches to be pruned outside of what we discussed, he willingly did it.
If there is an A+ rating, Arbor Rich deserves to get it.

We hired Arbor Rich Tree Service prior to our family being featured on a televised home improvement show. We were on a tight timeline and needed several large trees removed from our property. After calling several other tree services, we settled on Arbor Rich based on our timeline, their fare price, and their willingness to accomodate being filmed for the television show. We could not have been more pleased with the work they provided. Arbor Rich has several employees, at least one of which is a certified arborist who was able to give us information on the condition of several additional trees we thought might need to be removed based on poor health. They were a very friendly and professional company, and worked tirelessly in 100+ degree heat for several days to ensure our work would be done on our strict timeline. We would not hesitate to use them again.
