"April and her husband requested that I delay so they could have work completed before painting, in that time period I injured myself, then I contacted them several times to start the work and they refused. They have been refunded."

We called Anthony's Painting and he came by and gave us an estimate for powerwashing and painting our home. We gave him a 575.00 deposit as he said he would buy the paint and start immediately. After he had our deposit he completely blew us off and wouldn't return our phone calls or return our deposit. He said he used the deposit to buy paint under his business account at Home Depot and they were holding the paint for him, though when we called Home Depot they had never heard of him and both the manager of the store and manager of the paint department said there was no paint on hold. At this point we knew we were being scammed and started the Small Claims Court Filing. He did not show up for court and we won the case, though he has never returned our deposit or contacted us back in anyway. It is a shame he took advatage of us and in the future i will warn all people in the community to stay away from Anthony's Plumbing, Anthony Cacciato, http://www.paintnewjersey.com or any other name he goes by to take advantage of people.
