I was only planning to repair/update an existing system but the difference in cost made going with a 3 year monitoring agreement the right decision. Bill was able to make all the changes necessary to use the existing wiring, plus added smoke, motion and glass breakage sensors. The system has been in service for 4 months and is working perfectly.
