Bill installed a brand new alarm system in our home. He took the time to discuss the different options and found one that best fit our needs and budget. He set everything up in one day. Bill was a pleasure to work with and now we recommend him to everyone we know.

I was only planning to repair/update an existing system but the difference in cost made going with a 3 year monitoring agreement the right decision. Bill was able to make all the changes necessary to use the existing wiring, plus added smoke, motion and glass breakage sensors. The system has been in service for 4 months and is working perfectly.

Kept appointments, listened to our concerns, cleaned up after themselves, installed the system as discussed and price was as set forth in proposal - no hidden costs.
