We hire john from 20/20 home inspection to look over a house we were going to purchase. The home being inspected was a distressed property that we knew would need some serious work. During the course of his inspection he discovered a potential mold concern which through testing was able to advise us what to do. John was on time, very communicative and got to the source of our problem. He spoke to us in a way that we could clearly understand, so that we were able to hire the right contractors to finish cleaning up the mold problem. We would recommend John in the future.
