I've worked with them for years at two different locations, both personal residences. Steve, his crew, and Connie have been great at resolving tricky situations. They completely fixed our front yard after a septic replacement and tree removal. They brought a walk up to the level of a driveway, relayed a walkway, and did a country style garden landscape. Steve frequently stops by to check on the new plantings to ensure they're flourishing. We're very pleased with the colors and choices, and are looking forward to the summer.

After discussing the project with several companies, I chose one. They didn't start on time, backed into the side of my house several times and ran into trees in the yard before deserting the job completely. I saw one of Ideal's trucks and called them for advice. They were so professional and their references all checked out so I gave them the job. They were unbelievably great - they even brought their own portable toilet so as not to track dirt into my home. They finished it on time and even came up with some ideas that saved me money. About 4 or 5 months later, I saw them walking around my yard - they were just checking to see how it was all working and they came back and sprayed my plants before winter - WITHOUT CHARGE. These guys are just great.
