I emailed Jim of Colonial who called within the hour as itâ s Thanksgiving Day 2022 and no heat or hot water. Jim was a blessing from above. He knew the problem and guided me through trouble shooting and within 5 minutes my System 2000 up and running again. Thank you Jim!

This company and the owner, Jim Stohr, were an answer to my prayers. I called them early in the morning and within 2 hours the problem was diagnosed and fixed. If you want an honest and professional HVAC tech call this company. He was highly recommended by a plumber that had worked on my house, now I can see why. Can't get better than this company.

Contacted me promptly.Very pleasant, knowledgeable and able to give me a date and time to come for a routine annual servicing of my furnace that was quite quick. When there was a conflict due to work demands on my end he was very prompt in helping me to reschedule.The day before he was to come for the rescheduled appointment our furnace would not turn on . I called him late at night and he texted back to me first thing the next morning . Due to us having no hot water or heat and it was extremely cold out Jim was there that morning to repair and service our furnace . He repaired it and also did the routine annual service for a very fair price . It was so awesome to have our heat and hot water again and so quickly . We were extremely grateful . We would highly recommend them.

I wish I could fill the page with stars!!!! Jim and Debbie arrived promptly at the time stated they would. My boiler was giving issues, as in not firing up, with winter right around the corner i was concerned I would need s new boiler. Jim and Debbie stayed til the problem was resolved which is a miracle in itself. I have had numerous plumbers come out and the first thing they say is you need a new boiler without even attempting to fix it. I was thoroughly amazed and in awe of Jim and Debbie's professionalism. I have never seen anyone even close to their level of expertise. I am olanning on using Colonial Heating as my go to for all my plumbing needs and you should too.
