+ -1 moreMy wife and I found out on New Years day that our heat wasn't working. New years was the first majorly cold day of the year this year which was very unfortunate. I called our land lord and let him know and he said he would try to get someone out but then told us that it may need to wait because a lot of people weren't working for the holiday. While i dint mind the col I didn't want my kids to have to deal with it. Long story short I have felt with Sunrise in the past and when I called Jim he came over right away and had everything fixed really quick.
Description of Work: Came out for Emergency Heating Service n new years day.

At the time of the service, it was sort of a busy time of the year and they made some recommendations of the possibility of putting some ventilation to the condensers. They did eventually get back to us but it took them a couple of months. The pricing was reasonable.
Description of Work: I used Sunrise Cooling & Heating to inspect my A/C system. They washed the machines down and did some maintenance.

+ -1 moreThey installation went well. The a/c unit stopped working this summer and I have been trying to have them come out to check on the system. I called multiple time to have them come out. They would tell me that they would get back in touch but would never respond after.
Description of Work: They came and installed a new furnace and ac unit. I have been trying to get them to come out to look at it but have not received any response.
