Sunrise Cooling & Heating has been a full-service commercial/residential heating and cooling corporation since 1984. We continue to be a successful privately-owned HVAC company. We pride ourselves on prompt response and high quality servicing of commercial, industrial, and residential accounts. Our customized service gives us the opportunity to service both large and small corporations at all levels, as well as provide homeowners service for their specific needs. Our staff of technicians is all EPA Universal Certified.

Long story short I have felt with Sunrise in the past and when I called Jim he came over right away and had everything fixed really quick.
"Unfortunately we did have an issue with response to this customer and an issue at that time on how our residential calls were being routed to our fax and not receiving them. Back in 2010 we had an outsourced company answering our calls and relaying information to us, where there was an issue with calls being missed. Therefore, due to this issue we knew something had to change so this would not happen again. Therefore, all of our calls are now answered in house, 24/7 so that we can better service our customers without the possibly of missing a call. We pride ourselves on prompt response and high quality service for our customers, and would be more than willing to correct this issue we had to this customer with a free year of our Platinum Maintenance agreement that we offer to our customers, to hopefully have the opportunity to earn her trust again.
