Ferguson was terrific. He came out as soon as I contacted him. It was a Sunday, he fixed it and refused to take a payment. The non-starting furnace worked for two years with no issues. When it won't start again after Super Storm Sandy, it was simply a wire that had worked loose somehow. Fortunately I did not have flooding that time.
I recommend him highly.
