I had called Tim and requested an initial (free) consultation. He was available to meet immediately. I gave him my requirements, ideas, and etc. Tim created a 3D rendering of my entire property. I had other companies come design and quote this and NO ONE provided me with a visual of what I could expect my property to look like. I was very impressed. Once I decided to move forward, we started choosing materials and plants. Tim provided me with a proposal for everything we discussed. The best part, he came in exactly in budget. First time I have ever worked with a contractor that hasn't added on additional costs. The entire process was literally perfect.
