ASSIST 2 SELL

I called to ask to see a listing. Received a prompt call back from the listing agent (owner/broker), but was just told to go directly to the house at the time I requested. The homeowner showed me her own home. The agent called me a couple days later to ask for my feedback, and when I told her the poor condition of the home was more work than I wanted to fix, the agent got surly with me and told me it would only take a few thousand dollars to fix it up. She called me back 2 days later and left a message apologizing because she said she thought I was a realtor and not a buyer, then offered to show me other homes. She never asked in the first place, no real estate agent should be rude to another realtor or a buyer.
