Jeff was always quick to return calls, very competitively priced, and he had the best plan for cooling my first floor. Through the recent heat wave, my house has been consistently cool.
I was so satisfied, I had his company check my upstairs A/C to see if it needed to be upgraded since in comparison to downstairs, it wasn't nearly as cool. After a thorough investigation, I was told that the system is working well. The issue is that with a large skylight and multiple windows in my bathroom, the sun was heating up that area more than the A/C could cool it. The suggestion was that if I got I shad for the skylight, that might resolve the issue. Alternatively, I could put in an additional vent for about $200. A less reputable HVAC contractor could have told me that the unit would need to be replaced. I greatly appreciated this honesty, and highly recommend Air Care.
