W & WMRS INC

W & W provided excellent service and kept me informed the whole way.  My air conditioning system was broke and I needed a new compressor and all the parts.  Toyota sent a bad unit to the shop, which they determined after testing it.  W & W apologized profusely, even though it wasn't their fault and ordered a new one.  The second one arrived the next business day and that one was faulty too!!!  Thank goodness that W & W tested the second one thoroughly.  They called and gave me all the details, again apologizing for something that wasn't even their fault.  They ordered the third one, installed it, tested it very thoroughly and finally we had a good compressor.  
I've been using W & W for many years and they are the most honest auto repair shop that I've ever used.  The work that they perform is great and I've never had any follow-up problems.  These guys will not do unnecessary repairs and they will always tell you if something that you request is necessary and a good value.  They check your car over too and alert you to any existing or potential problem that you may experience in the future (i.e., your tires are worn X%; you may want to get new ones in a couple of months, etc.).  I highly recommend W & W Auto and Truck Repair, Bound Brook, NJ.  You could trust them completely to do an excellent job on your car and to treat you with respect and professionalism.
