Terrible. Originally told me it would take 2 weeks. It took nearly 6 weeks to get it back. Never got any updates on the status of the repair. They never apologized for the delay. If I didn’t go in person to check on the status who knows when I would have got it back. I was trying to be understanding given the pandemic & everything but they exceeded my patience. On top of everything the lawn mower was not fixed correctly. Rather than go back I bought a new mower. I will never use them again.

First pull of the mower cord this year ended in ended with the mower not starting and the cord not retracting. After hours of trying to coil the spring, I figured I'd try The Lawn Mower Shop on Union Ave.(Rt28) Bound Brook. Nice lady made a repair tag and knowing that everyone was starting to use their mowers, I asked if it would take long. I was told it wouldn't take long. I guess a week isn't long to them. I paid $20.00 plus tax, reassembled it and gave it a pull and the mower started but the spring didn't retract. I got half the yard cut. I brought the broken part back to the mower shop and then I was told that it must be the starter clutch causing the problem. They took my broken recoil. I waited almost two weeks without a call. They did nothing. I agreed to buy a new starter clutch from them. Another week goes by and they haven't done anything and they tell me I have to pay for the recoil to be rewound again. I went back and pick up my broken parts and my yard looks like a jungle. The only nice thing I can say is that the counter staff was courteous and professional. I guess they have learned to keep their cool after screwing so many customers. Crap service, No honesty, STAY AWAY from the Lawn Mower Shop!

Snow blower broke during the last snow storm. They came and picked it up on Friday and brought it back fixed with a tune up on Tuesday. They were prompt, fairly priced and very convenient with pick up and delivery service. I would recommend.

You get personal attention from them and they know what they're doing. I was very pleased with them and they are very on time!

They are very efficient. They tell you the price up front. They call and review with you before they fix it.
