"Please note that no claim was made to a specific time for the work to be completed neither written or implied. You called and within 2 hrs we came to your house and provided an estimate. Please understand that snow removal is not a perfect science, you remove it when it stops snowing. You signed up for sevice less than 24 hours before a storm, where put on the list and when we got there you had cleared the driveway. If you had a problem or concern you simply could have called and discussed the matter and would have been told your place on the schedule. During snow storms cell phones numbers are provided on our main voicemail so that all of our clients may reach us in case of an emergency or a question. I am sorry for any inconvience. I hope in the future when dealing with other companies, you have a better understanding of the process and the fact it takes time for the work to be completed on previously determined schedule. We do our best to service all our clients and unfortunately in this case we had clients who scheduled work well in advance and where ahead of you on the list. Thank you"
