Contracted to replace existing fan. They installed a new fan and did not remove the old. Not what we agreed to. Now I have two attic fans...one that does not work. In addition, they damaged the ceiling in the bedroom during install. DO NOT RECOMMEND

"We apologize for any miscommunication. Also, you did not mention the problem and reason why we couldn't remove that old fan, even if we had been instructed to do so. Your roofer shingled over areas necessary to access to remove it. Removing would have been a much bigger and more costly job. We discussed this and resolved it and you said you would amend this review. We hope that you stick to your word and do so. Thank you, Mineo Electric"

Frank and his staff were very courteous and performed planned work on schedule. Rates are competitive with licensed contractors. I'd also suggest confirming with local township code enforcement in planning complicated projects with Frank to ensure needed activities are efficiently executed.

The technician was on time and very professional. In addition to replacing the circuit breaker fuse the other circuit breaker fuses in the box was checked as well as wiring. The replacement fixed the issue.

During Winter Storm Quinn, a large tree branch fell and ripped the power line off its anchors and into our driveway. Frank was able to come by and reattach the cable quickly and get me back up and running. I would definitely recommend him for any electrical work you need done!

Excellent experience in all respects. Frank was available to answer all of my questions during my review of bids. He also had a very competitive proposal, so the decision was easy. And then it got better: Everyone in his team was a pleasure to interact with. Work was performed professionally and materials used were of good quality. They handled everything (foundation work, plumbing, electrical, permit applications and inspection appointments) and cleaned up well. I added a few optional items (on-line monitoring module and an outside GFI outlet). Final billing was exactly as expected from the original proposal. And the unit looks and works well.

I first made an appointment with Jackie, who was the nicest person anyone will ever meet. I then spoke with Frank and after having met with several highly rated electricians on Angie's list, as Frank was, I knew he was definitely the right choice. Frank was on onsite both visits and did an absolutely outstanding job. The recessed lighting looked great throughout the house. Frank took his time to prep, then plan out how everything would be done and then took his time to get the job done in a professional way. He spared no detail and truly took pride in his work. I have three additional bedrooms to add recessed lighting too and Frank will definitely be my electrician for as long as I own this house. If you want quality products being installed in a professional way I would strongly recommend Frank. He was very knowledgeable, respectful and truly committed to doing excellent work and I honestly could not be happier with the end result. Overall outstanding company and outstanding workmanship.

Before the installation, the estimate discussion with Frank was professional and straight to the point with no added 'extras'. He gave his suggestions and we thought about his ideas and what he would and would not do.In addition, the conversation with the office staff was polite, courteous and friendly.
We actually had another estimate after he came to the house that clinched the decision to hire Frank from a price and what they would and would-not do factor.
Arrival day, Frank and his team arrived as they said and went to work. The two gentlemen on his team were well-mannered and professional. When the job was complete, they cleaned up any mess that was made and
made it look like they were not even there.
