AFFORDABLE QUALITY HOUSECLEANING

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE RIP OFFS. Firstly, the claims on their profile are false. The Stuart Chamber of Commerce has no record of them (you can check the registry on their website) and the two other associations they claim to be part of (NACP and NCD) no longer exist. After paying $250 for a deep cleaning of my house, I am left with floors that are still filthy, un dusted baseboards, and dirty windowsills, lampshades, and furniture. I requested that they come back and re-clean the floors... they agreed, but when they came back they stated that they couldn't get the floors clean because they were "really dirty". I paid a very high amount of money to get my house cleaned, I expected them to be able to handle cleaning "really dirty" floors. They came by for an estimate earlier in the week, if they felt the house was "too dirty" to clean, then they should not have given an estimate. No one forced them to make a deal to clean my house, they had every right to say no. My mother called them many times trying to get at least some of my money refunded. They screamed at us and said that our house was filthy...Duh, thats why we hired someone to deep clean it. To top it all off, they distributed our PRIVATE information and phone number to their personal friend. She called us to say that we had to leave them alone or she we would have her friend the police chief come arrest us. We will be filing in small claims court.

Basically, you get what you pay for. This is a less expensive service than some others, but overall I'd say that they do a pretty good job. There are some cleaners that are better than others.

I found out about this company in my local Penny Saver advertisement and I am quite glad that I did. They show up on time and they do not charge me an unreasonable amount of money based on the work they do for me. They are reliable and dependable and I have been very happy with them since I stared using them on a regular basis.

Two cleaners arrived promptly. I asked them to pay special attention to the inside of all drawers and cabinets, as well as the oven. When they had completed the house and left, I found that not only were the kitchen and library cabinets dirty, they appeared to have not been touched at all. Ditto for the oven. After calling to complain, they eventually came back hours later to finish the job, but even after that I still found dusty/dirty corners. I was VERY disappointed and felt that I should have been given at least a complimentary additional cleaning service. I would never use them again.
