Viking did an outstanding job ridding my home of mice when I first contracted with them. The Entomologist who originally did the home inspection found several openings in my roof which allowed the mice to enter the home. I signed a contract which called for quarterly visits for spraying the exterior of my home. I always requested the interior of the house be sprayed too as a preventive maintenance and the scheduler would say this would not be a problem. The last few times I requested interior spraying, I was met with resistance from the technicians. They would always say interior spraying was not something they do normally and did I have a problem. I had to explain I requested the interior service when making the appointment and then the technician would reluctantly treat the home's interior. Once, a technician said his supervisor told him not to treat the inside unless we agreed to leave our home for three hours. It got so frustrating I went out and bought Ortho Max and sprayed the interior myself in between visits.
I called last week after receiving an invoice and it was explained to me they switched to a new billing system, bills were being sent out before service was provided, and my new service called for three visits a year and not four. I told them of my frustration with the techs and was offered a quarterly service for $140 every three months. Today I called and cancelled my service. The person I spoke to said he made a note of my cancellation and the district manager may contact me.
This past weekend, I went on Angies List and found someone else who agreed to do the pest control on a monthly basis for less money.

We went to a year plan with them and their price is reasonable. They were fine and do what they have to do. The only problem I had is I had an unfinished attic which means that there's no floor down there and just because of safety and insurance issues, they won't go up there to investigate where the mess really is so it's done by where the opening for the attic is. They won't go up on a floor that's unstable.

Basically, they did exactly what they said they were gonna do.
