Robert and Peter are fantastic. I like their quality work, their finishing, their professionalism, and the designing. I did not hire an interior designer so Robert acted as my interior designer. he did such a good job. I actually gave him repeat business. The designs were beautiful. After years, I still look at it and I'm like wow. It makes the whole house look beautiful. They're polite. These are guys who don't want to see their customer unhappy so they will make sure that you're happy. They're actually quite price-competitive. They don't rip you off. They're really good. They have really good studios. You go there and you can see the designs they have installed there. They have many different types of showers, kitchen models, walkways and a lot of stuff.

The whole TileMasters experience was positive. We were given a lot of help during the sales process. We are VERY picky so there are a couple of things that didn't turn out exactly the way we want -- but anyone who has ever looked at the quality of the work has been very complimentary and has ended up using them.
As an FYI -- when I pointed out the minor issues to the owner - he offered to fix them. Because they were minor and the grout line in question was against brand new cabinets -- we declined the offer.

I went in there after going to a couple other Tile Places around the Central Jersey area and found that they had a really good selection of sample tiles to choose from.
Katherine was very helpful and patient and helped me in making a decision. For the kitchen backsplash I choose a tumbled tile which they had in store. She also helped me choose the grout color that would work best. She also showed me how the tiles would look if an Enhanced Sealant was used. Which is what I choose eventually. It adds a nice warmth to the tile which was perfect.
After a lot of deliberation I also chose a 12x24 mural for above the stove area. This I chose after going through the catalog of Stone Impressions.
Since the mural was a custom order it took about 4 weeks to be delivered. (So plan ahead!)
Katherine and Robert were both very helpful in deciding the amount of tile I needed as well as going through all the details of grout color, Enhanced Sealer, pencil tile for the border etc.
Great people to work with and great selection in store.
