Amazing experience!!!  My desktop hadn't worked in a long time and all of my pictures and important documents were on that desktop.  I called on a Sunday night and Pete answered the phone and quickly scheduled an appointment.  He arrived on time and began working to try and retrieve data from the the computer.  There were problems with the hard drive and with the external drive.  He took all of the equipment to his shop and within 24 hours called back to say he had successfully retrieved the data before the drive bit the dust for good.  Pete returned the equipment the following day, set up everything, tested all connections (printer, etc.) to be sure that it was in good working order.  He cleaned up miles of cords under the desk, made sure the modem, printer, laptop were set up on the battery backup, etc.  
Pete spent time with me to show me the software he had installed on the new laptop and also made sure I knew how to access and use the software.  After all that, he took all the old equipment for proper disposal.
Best experience I've ever had with computer service!!!  He was extremely helpful, prompt and professional.  And finally, the bill was extremely reasonable for everything he did!!  I would highly recommend him for any computer needs.  Absolutely wonderful!!!

Pete did a great job for me. I had a critical office computer stop functioning. He was able to make a diagnosis, a failing hard drive. Most importantly, he copied all of my critical files onto DVDs, and then cloned the hard drive onto a new drive. He repaired the operating system, and had me back up and running.

This was my 2nd time using him. He took my computer when I called and had it back to me the next day. Very prompt, good price. Did very good work, computer function much improved.

He was a nice, prompt guy who fixed the problem.

I have been very happy with him. He is thorough and patient. He not only does computer repair and services but he also will train you on how to use your computer.
