Trius is a great company and I wouldn't use anyone else. They are professional and knowledgeable. They will only do what has to be done and they don't try to do anything extra for no reason. I highly recommend them. I've owned a multifamily property for 10 years and have gone through several other pest control services - Trius has been by far the best.

We heard sounds of little feet in our attic and found one new rodent friend in a bathroom sink so I quickly purchased the rodent elimination package. Trius was very prompt in contacting us to schedule around our availability. We found the technician to be very knowledgeable and walked the basement, garage, attic and living areas placing bait and looking for signs of rodent activity. He came back approximately two weeks later to check the baits and we have not heard or seen any evidence of tiny friends since their initial visit. The Director of Operations, Jim Dienes, has contacted me numerous times to follow up on the service as well as whether we have heard any additional rodent activity. He has responded via email same day. I find their customer service to be excellent. I rated a 'B' for price only because I did not price check the baits and the cost of two service calls prior to purchasing this deal. While not wanting to overpay (hence my Angie's List membership), I was more concerned with removing the rodents ASAP with a reputable company! For any pest/ services in the future, I will go straight to Trius and happily recommend.

They were wonderful. We needed same day service and they provided it. They did a wonderful job of accessing the situation, and they worked with us by giving us an Angie's List discount. Jim, the owner, was very kind and helpful. They are going to come back 3 more times for full treatment.

I had them do the work for a home I was preparing to sell. There was a year guarantee on the service that I passed on to the new owner. I believe the service went fine. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I had no problem scheduling their service.

Came out and assessed our situation (mice), spent a long time advising us of the possible approaches to deal with the mice. We ended up going with a whole house treatment plan that included mice.

They only charge $125 or something like that for a year, they come out quarterly to look at the termite wood little traps outside the yard. So far for coming 4 times a year, they do that. Once that they came out for a visit, they didn't even charge me when I had a moth problem and they told me what to do rather than try to fumigate my house for like hundreds of dollars so they gave me some advice for free. Sometimes I'm not home when they come and they just put a little slip in my front door.

When I bought my home in 1974, there was evidence of termite damage. The home was treated by Bell Exterminators. I was given a lifetime guarantee. I was selling my home, the inspection report said there were two small areas of termite damage. I contacted Bell. They mo longer do termite pest control and referred me to Trius, to whom they had sold their contact list. I contacted Trius, and all though they had no obligation to honor the warranty, the owner agreed to come out to take a look. He said he would treat the two areas noted on the report (there was no evidence of termite infestation). He did so at NO CHARGE and gave me a report to give to the buyers indicating the areas had been treated and that there was no evidence of infestation.
I believe this is an honorable man who deserves your consideration for pest control. There was nothing in this for him as I was moving out of the area. He had no obligation to do so but he honored my 39 year old warranty.

They've been wonderful.  They just were very responsive.  They came, they were kind, patient, understanding and did the work.  They came back, if I called them today and said I needed something, they were there that afternoon.  They were very honest with me.  Rats are very smart and they are not like mice so they couldn't get rid of them right away.  They didn't come in and say they could get rid of them tomorrow because it just doesn't happen that way so they were very honest.  Their technicians were fabulous.  I cannot say enough good things about them.  It was $300 but that was worth a service plan for three months.  With rats it's more expensive because we have to buy certain traps and things so that they could be ceased.  It was very comparable and it wasn't less than some of the other services.  I still have their monthly contract.

Trius Exterminating came quickly the next day and solved the problem completely, very knowledgeable. Sprayed nest from outside and inside, also sprayed basement, checked rest of basement and all around outside of house. No high pressure sales.

I was very satisfied with both of the techs that came out. They were professional and helpful in answering questions. I no longer have a mouse problem. I will call them again for preventive measures but will probably just pay per visit and not do the 3 month service again.
