Home Building
Rimsky Construction was contracted and paid to build an addition on my home. His insurance was canceled for non-payment. The siding on my house was done incorrectly according to manufacturer representative. I have water and mold in my new basement due to improper construction. I have rainwater running into my house where he build a portico. He left my house unfinished. He owes me over $3000 in borrowed money that I paid to subcontractors that he bounced checks to. The "punch list" is unfinished. He is not responding phone calls or certified mail from my lawyer. He is lying to subcontractors by telling them that I (the homeowner) have not paid him, so in turn he is not paying them. This is completely untrue. I owe the final payment after CO. He borrowed my credit card to purchase supplies and has not returned it after several requests
