It went exceptionally well. We had gone through three other substantial projects before Nick came in and NPS was not only a huge improvement over the work and the people we experienced before, they hold themselves to such a high standard that you really don't see much. 

It started with our attic, which we needed to finish for an office space. Nick's quote was substantially higher than our budget and our earlier quotes. And after talking to everyone, we decided to go with him anyway and we were so glad we did. Not only was his workmanship top notch, but we were never asked to pay any more throughout the project (so noteworthy because in all of my other experiences we've been hit with additional charges that really added up!). There were only one or two things that happened throughout the project that I had questions about but when I did he answered my questions patiently. In one instance I asked him to move something (an outlet in an odd place) and he did it without question. 

Nearing the end of the attic project we had a leak in our kitchen that led to the full gut renovation of our main bathroom. He came on a Sunday with his plumber and they immediately took action to stop the leak and repair the damage the right way. Nick worked with the insurance adjuster, gave us great advice on how to do the bathroom over in a huge rush and kept us on a great timeline. 

Throughout all of this work (more than two months!) my family was in the house and Nick and his crew somehow managed to be here with as little disruption as possible. I truly have no idea how they did it. I have two small kids and they became a welcome part of their day. They also did an amazing job cleaning up. I have literally never seen another crew clean up after themselves as thoroughly every single day as these guys did. 

Having work done on your house is so disruptive and can be such a stressful situation for everyone. NPS construction made the whole thing - from start to finish - easier than I could have ever imagined. I can't recommend them strongly enough and I am looking forward to having them back when we are ready to embark on another home project.

Prior to having NPS Construction come in, we had three other companies do various (substantial!) projects and while we experienced varying degrees of success with them, NPS was miles above them in all categories. Nick and his crew (Camilo and Carlos) were incredibly professional and do excellent work.His quote was higher than the other ones we got but he never hit us with additional charges throughout the project (aside from fixtures and carpeting and that sort of thing, which we discussed before getting started). He made the experience pleasant by being respectful of the fact that we were here with two young children while the work was taking place. They actually looked forward to having him here and took a few opportunities to ask him about his work. Which he responded to graciously. I have never seen any construction crew clean up after their work (every single day!) as carefully or as thoroughly as these guys did. And he was happy to work according to what fit my schedule best (they got here early and left early so as not to interfere with bedtime). Nick answered each and every one of my questions patiently and thoughtfully. There were a few things that I feel like probably weren't convenient or easy for him, but he never said a word - I felt like he really cared that I was happy with the final product. I cannot recommend NPS Construction enough. Nick and his crew do beautiful work and they are a pleasure to do business with. I look forward to having them back when we are ready to do another project.

After months of prep and several estimates on the job, we decided to go with N.P.S. Construction to remodel our kitchen. It was a great decision.There price on the job was right in the middle of the estimates we had received, and after we made quite a few changes they were still able to keep the price affordable. Nick and the crew at N.P.S. were always punctual, professional, and very clean. They took the time to listen to my ideas and worked with me to accommodate my needs. The work performed was done quickly and flawlessly and we could not be more happy with the end result. We have already decided to contract N.P.S. Construction to finish our basement next year. A project that we have been putting off for years!! I would strongly recommend using Nick at N.P.S. Construction for any and all of your upcoming projects.

The job went great. They did everything I asked, they were on schedule, very clean, very detail orientated. All in all it was the best renovation project I did.
