We are extremely happy with the work that Fox Hollow did at our house. Don and his teams were great. They knew what they were doing and made sure time was taken to get it right. We are so happy we didn't try to do any of this work ourselves. We knew basically what we wanted, Don took care of the rest. From making sure of proper drainage, proper slope, previous structural issues, appealing design and quality, they took care of it all. Definitely would recommend them and are looking forward to our next project.

"We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service that our men provided. You purchased our "16 Hours of Lawn or Landscape Care" for $899.00. Our men completed as many of the items as possible that were on your list in the time allotted. The only two items that we did not accomplish were trimming the burning bush and edging your beds. We had two men who worked for nine hours each with all of the proper equipment. We went above and beyond the package you purchased by giving you an extra two hours of service at no charge. We also sent you a message through Angie's list asking if you were happy with the service we provided and you didn't respond to our message that you were dissatisfied. We would have been more than happy to rectify your concerns. Great service, very professional and did a great job building a lovely front walk and patio that has transformed our house. They walked us through the process from start to finish, we felt very comfortable spending the money to fix our drainage issues and back patio as they took us around and were able to show us the great work that they had performed for other clients.

We used their services few times and I was very pleased.
The first job was to build a retaining wall ( about 200ft) in the back of the property ). After 10 years the wall still looking great and the dirt they brought in never sagged( they brought in about 10 big tracks) . They did a great job compacting the dirt.
The second jobs was a large job:
- installed drains away from the house. The only this I wished I have some drawing with the final work(I never thought to ask about it).
-build a terrace ( came out beautiful)
-installed gravel for one shed.
- poured concrete for a pool cabana.
-installed fence ( excellent job).
The work was high quality. Everything was delivered in time and no surprises at the end. Any small problems were solved right the way.
I will use their services any time.

It was a 2 day job to complete due to that amount of overgrown brush along the back end of the yard.
The owner, Don, was very professional and responsive and stands by his crew's work. He meets any needs and addresses any issues you may have. I would use his services again or recommend to a friend.

I thought that she was very nice and I thought it was a nice company. Morally got past the estimate and she did a design but I’m a teacher and I don’t work in the summer so it was over our budget. I would definitely recommend them. She was very lovely, the representative. She did the design for me but it was all complimentary. Definitely use them if you have any landscaping work to be done. She was excellent. I think that they were good.

Don Covert, owner - drew up a plan and gave us an estimate (one of three we obtained for this project).
We scheduled a time to start work. The heavy Spring rains caused some delays.
The team assigned to us started late each day and left early and they did not follow the directions given to them by Don. When asked why they started so late in the morning I was told they were being considerate of our neighbors. I told them that they did not need to worry as most of our neighbors leave for work way before the time they were arriving.
I had asked that any large rocks found while digging be put aside for me to use in my own landscaping projects - which the workers agreed to but then I found them loading rocks on to the truck to remove. When I questioned them they said that I did not want these rocks.
After they finished the job and it rained yet again, we could see things were not as they should be so we contacted Don. Don came out within a few days and inspected the work and found more errors than I had noticed. Don sent the team back with specific directions to redo the work correctly. Everything was fixed and we are very satisfied.
Don is great to work with and most of the team we had assigned to us were hard workers. Unfortunately they were taking their lead from someone whose work style was apparently does not reflect the typical quality Fox Hollow.

The owner, Don Covart , gave us our options. He created a design to suit our budget. We couldn't afford the lighting, so he told us to purchase the lights and his crew installed them for us. This was above and beyond what we expected. I asked him if he could have the walkway finished in time for Christmas. He told me he wouldn't be able to do so. But guess what? He did! He over delivered, something very few companies do today. I highly recommend Fox Hollow Landscaping.
