The founders of Caso Enterprises, LLC, have been building quality custom homes in New Jersey since 1960. Our specialization is translating discriminating thought into spatial reality of a sculptured home. Craftsmanship is our key and a satisfied customer is our primary goal. The personal relationships, which are manifested with our clients, provide both individual satisfaction and job success. I remember as a young boy spending my summers working with my Dad helping in any way I could on his construction projects. My grandfather had done the same for my Dad, and he developed a love for the industry. With my grandfather long gone, and my father retired, I continue to enjoy the process of creating through construction. Nearly 30 years working for myself, I still love to build peoples dreams. Loren is a man of his word. He is ethical, dependable and reliable. Everything you want when someone is in your home doing work. I would recommend him and his company for all facets of your building project or rennovation. Our new kitchen and lots of extras speaks for itself. It's beautiful!

This is the second time im using this company. He is great. Hie expertise and experience were great. Being a real estate broker,builder and contractor helped immensely. He was able to give great advise and got me above asking price for my home. He also made the process easy for me. Loren and his team were great. I had my entire kitchen gutted and redone, walls demoed, entire apartment painted, floor stained and a few other things. It's an older apartment so obviously I can't expect perfection. Overall happy with the finished work! Loren also had great recommendations for everything along the way! Highly recommended.

We bought an old home as a fixer upper project. We hired Caso to open up the kitchen, build 2 new bathrooms and update 2 old baths. During the lifetime of the project, Loren Caso was accessible and very responsive to our ever changing requests. He would listen and also offer an opinion on why our ideas might not be the best. This he did while also keeping an eye out for our budget. I would work with Loren again, and will not hesitate to recommend him for home renovations or new home builds. He has the right skills and temperament for the this sort of jobs and he exceeded our expectations.

We had a great experience working with Caso Enterprises. Loren and his team came in and finished our attic level. It was a large, open, unfinished space and he built out and finished a bedroom, bathroom, office, linen closet and storage room, adding another heating/cooling system as well. All work was done according to schedule or ahead. All of the workmen who came into our home were kind and respectful. Loren himself was and still is extremely responsive to any of our needs or questions, even well after the project was complete. I would highly recommend Caso Enterprises
