Due to a turnover in residential rental tenants, we were in need of a professional and dependable handyman service. We received excellent customer service from a great company!! It was a please doing business with Cascante Home Repair.
My spouse and I own residential rental property in New Jersey but reside in the western United States. Therefore, we needed to work with a trustworthy and professional company via phone and email. We involved our New Jersey-based property manager to oversee the project activities. Gerbert Cascante promptly responded to my phone calls and emails. He listened to my project needs and asked very good questions. He visited my property and, as promised, his bid was emailed within 24 hours. The bid was reasonable and concise. Most importantly, there were no surprises or overcharges at project completion.
The project was completed on time. Gerbert maintained a very clean worksite. He and my property manager provided before and after photographs showing the work performed. As stated before, I was very pleased with the quality, professionalism and customer care. As well, I appreciate Gerbert's professionalism when interacting with my property manager and tenants.

Cascante Home Repair is excellent. The workmanship is perfect. The price is fair and honest. I have never had even a drop of a problem with them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs just about any type of repair. Great workmanship, good price, honest and very easy to work with.
