"This person could only be around after 6pm weekdays or before 6:30 am on Saturday, she would not work with us to get a better time to perform our service. Customers like her you can never please so we suggested she find another pest control company near her home."

We purchased the house , 3 months of the initial treatment and were given the guarantee as part of the sale. We had bad ant infestation in many rooms of the house the wholte time.
Canyon returned once and sprayed, but it did not help. During that visit, they were very interested in talking about their monthly contract pest control services. After that, we called perhaps five six more times and never heard from Canyon again, even though all the times we called were within the prepaid one year term and we continously had severe ant problem inside the house.

They are a local company and are great. I had an emergency and the owner was right here. He does not try to upsell you into services you don't need like some other companies do. He is very honest with you; even though he could make more money out of you he does not try to; he is good that way. He is so busy he is hard to get sometimes but I will use him again in the future.
