Appliance Repair
They came and replaced shocks. Charged about around $150-$200. The repair man was not very professional in dealing with my wife. Upon complaining that the problem is not fixed yet they sent another repair man, much more professional than the first one, who replaced the bearings which fixed it. Don't remember how much that cost, not cheap either though. However, when taking the machine apart the repair man broke the lid that covers the detergent intake. Unfortunately, I noticed this only a day later. When calling the company, the owner denied that that could have been done by his employee. He started screaming and became vulgar on the phone when I told him that I am going to stop the check, which I did, until he replaced what he broke. I took pictures of the damage and showed it to him. Only then did he acknowledge that this must have been done by his repair man. Ended up replacing the broken part 6 weeks later.
