Andre and team arrived promptly. I had spoken with a couple of other service technicians, and he was the only one that took the time to explain to me what was going on, made sure I understood and gave me options, while explaining also the benefits of each, instead of telling me there was only one solution.

The employees were on time, excellent at communication and very personable. They did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and cleaned up after themselves. They put down carpet protectors and wore protection on top of their shoes to make sure nothing got dirty.

Amazing experience! Showed up as promised, actually earlier. Serviced my propane forced hot air heater which was blowing cold air. Within minutes problem was diagnosed and fixed. I'll definitely be calling A+H for all my future heating and AC needs.

I needed a general check up and cleaning of my oil burning furnace. I searched for pros on HomeAdvisor and submitted my information. Within minutes A&H Services called to discuss what I needed done. They gave me a straight forward price and set me up for the following week. Their receptionist called me before they came to confirm the appointment. They showed up on time and did a great job! I will do business with them again.

Expected job to be done on Wednesday but tech said bigger job than expected. So had to have another whole day for installation. Once installation was started technician worked diligently to complete job. Installation was great and the working of the humidifier was explained in detail. I would recommend this company.

Supposedly did my annual cleaning but when I called because of fumes and soot they sent inexperienced person who told me it was probably my chimney. I had the chimney cleaned and arm replaced and problem was not resolved. Was promised a call back but didn't get one until I posted comments on Google. Staff was rude and owner yelled at me.

"Susanne first of all let me clear this up. I serviced your boiler last year two months later I had to come back to completely clean and remove the soot from your sections again I told you at that point you needed to either add fresh air from the outside to the mechanical room for combustion or leave the door open to your mechanical room so the equipment can breathe during operation. This year when we service your boiler you had a tremendous amount of soot on the sections and dryer vent lint all over your burner with a water pipe that was leaking onto your burner that is still leaking onto your burner that you refuse to repair. Please don't tr"

They called early and stated the time they would show up and were on time. They had knowledge of the work they were hired to do. Both were friendly and kept us informed of the work progress. Since this was the first time we had duct work cleaned I am unsure if price was good. I can say it was about 6 hours of work and our ducts were completely filthy! I would hire again and recommend to others.
