The absolute worst. Hired them to do the special AC tuneup. They did the work and sent a bill after. It was double what it should have been. No one told us adding freon was extra. I called several times to complain and finally they said just pay the initial amount. To this day after 4 more conversations on the phone they continue to send me s bill for the remaining balance. As I've told them several times I am not paying it. Extremely unprofessional and I will never use them again nor will any of my friends in the area. Stay far away.

He is very good. I would highly recommend him. He is honest, reliable and everything you need. The job was impossible but he was able to do it. Another guy gave me a quote twice the price for the same job. He was excellent. He did the job for 3 hours. He did a very good. It’s working better than it did when it was new. He answers his phone but when you get his answer machine, he will call you after 30 minutes. He comes when he says he would come. I don’t have to wait all day long for him. He is very thorough. He did beautiful work. He is very professional. I am very pleased with him.

Took care of all that was needed.  Explained that my humidifier was disconnected so they didn't perform that start up aspect.  Pleasant and professional.  I have been using this company for almost 20 years, have recommended to others and continue to find them the best in the area.

cost was somewhat over $5,000 and substantially less than pseg and another local dealer. lou severino gave a very competitive bid for a new furnace for a family member. when it turned out his dealer could not provide a new furnace to him quickly, he called up immediately, explained the situation and offered a second furnace, with a slightly higher btu value, at the same price. i independently confirmed the reliability of both models. he installed the new furnace the next day, and with great patience and information answered many questions about the installation and optimizing the heating function in my family member's old house. i am not surprised by this great service since it is similar to my own experience with a new furnace installation 6 years ago with the same company.

It went excellently, the work was good. They are very responsive and seem caring. The repair people there are generally excellent. They are generally on time, but sometimes there is a delay. When I have an emergency they won't keep you waiting. There is only one problem I have with them, I have trouble paying them. They take a long time to send me a bill. I try to negotiate something because it's covered under the warranty and Severino somehow never went to the company and made the arrangement so I could get credit and not have to pay for the work. In the mean time I never paid Severino because he was supposed to contact the company. I tried to contact them to let them know what was going on so at this point I'm still waiting for them to get back to me.
