Austin showed up on time and ready to work. He and his assistant got right to work on some trees at my mother in law's house. He doesn't use a bucket truck; he climbs the trees using ropes. This meant no marks across my lawn.
It was exciting to watch, but a little scary at the same time. He used ropes to bring down the large limbs, or ones that were over the house. With the help of his assistant all the branches were lowered to the ground safely. They cut up the trunk of the tree and stacked it neatly on the side of the road for someone to come later and pickup for firewood. All the work was completed in about 3 hours.
Austin was professional, punctual, and safe. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
