It went horrible. The tile guy was always hung over and had to go out in his van and nap. The tile was chipped in places, the grout uneven and the floor tiles didn't match. When I told the owner of Lakeland that the floor tiles did not match, he said, "no one will notice"It didn't matter that I noticed. I had to take him to court and was awarded $4000.
