"[Member Name Removed], I believe you responded to the wrong contractor. I never spoke with you. I do not perform any work, anywhere in NY. If the request said you wanted work done in NY, I usually do not respond. You should be more careful when you write a negative comment about a contractor."

My husband and I each tried to contact Can Do All. We waited 2 weeks from the time we first contacted them before trying again. The first time we received no response at all, the second time I sent an email through the company website and received an auto generated response thanking me for contacting them but no actual call from the company.

"[Member Name Removed], I did respond to you on the morning of June 5th. Your voice mail said you do not answer unrecognized numbers, which I can understand. I left a message and never heard back from you. We are busy right now and I don't always make a 2nd follow up call. I provide FREE estimates and to be given an "F" for responsiveness is an over reaction, especially when I look at my call details and see I left you a message at 9:25 am on June 5th."

It turned out perfectly . Another contractor (Dream House Exterior and Windows) did a bad job on our deck. Ron was able to fix it for us. He showed up on time, cleaned up well after the job. We have already used him for other jobs since. It is made out of  TrueTek composite, with lighting and gates. It is a large wrap-around deck from the side of the house to the back. His price was competitive; he quoted us $18,000, when others quoted $23,000.
