Lou saved the day! I just moved into a house and desperately needed to use my washer and dryer. The hose on my washer sprung a leak. I called Speedy's for help. Lou promptly returned my call and came out to my home within an hour to assess. He was knowledgeable and courteous and repaired. Would definitely use them again!

Speedy did a great job - not a simple clog required toilet removal- showed up when agreed, got the job done and restored service . Also spoke with and provided a printed invoice for my Home Warranty Company reimbursement. Highly recommend

Although punctual and somewhat polite plumber came equipped with nothing but a towel for cleanup and asked me for cleaning supplies and I granted only to be left with fecal matter inside and outside my house . Fingerprints were left all over siding.

I was referred to Speedy through another plumber that doesn't handle this type of work. I put a call into Speedy early in the morning and had a call back within the hour. Kevin was at my door a few hours later and was able to handle the job in about 20 minutes. He was quick, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. He really saved the day! would definitely hire them again!

Buyer Beware!! I have used Speed 3 times in the past two years since we bought our house in August of 2014. A couple weeks ago I called Speedy to snake out our main line as water was backing up into our basement. They responded quickly which I appreciated. It was Friday afternoon when they arrived. When the technician showed up (Brian) he said they would be charging me an extra $50 to snake the line as they had been out there to do the work before. His reasoning for this was that I needed to have $4,000 of work done in order to permanently fix the problem. This was never explained to me before. However he said they would continue to charge more for every service visit until I agreed to do the entire $4,000 job. This makes no sense to me at all, why would you punish you loyal clients? I just don't understand why you would want to punish someone who is consistently calling you for your business and always paying well. Most companies reward loyalty. It was too late in the day on a Friday to call someone else so I was stuck to pay the extra money. I explained that no one had talked to me about the permanent fix for my issue before and that I didn't think it was right to charge someone extra for using them. However, the response I received was, that is what the boss told him to do. Brian didn't even bother to take my concerns to his boss. I will be having the work done to permanently fix this issue, but I will definitely not be using Speedy. I recommend you don't use them more than twice or you could end up with extra fees just for requesting the service. All in all, the snaking of the main line takes 20 minutes or less, therefore I find $300 to be a more than adequate fee and $350 to be over priced. Make sure you get a fee on the phone before they show up, better yet, just call someone else.

GREAT! Lou was referred to me by other plumbers who do not do these type of jobs. Showed up on Saturday and gave us an estimate, and had the work done Monday. Can't be happier with the work and the guys who did it. Highly recommend.

They did all the analysis and figured out why it happened and what to do about it.  It wasn't very costly and they made sure it wouldn't happen again.  It went very well.  They knew what they were doing.  They didn't do too much.  They were cost effective.  They also cleaned the drains in my house, the kitchen and bathroom.  I was really pleased with their work.  Very professional.

I called early this morning after noticing sewage in the utility sink in my basement.  I was told that a tech will be at my home between 1:30 and 3 pm. At 1:30 I got a call saying the tech was on his way. He arrived at about 1:45 pm and left at around 3:15 pm.  John was one of the techs who showed up ( unfortunately I don't recall the other techs name). They were both very professional and answered my many questions about the cause and solution to my clogged sewer. Apparently we have lots of roots (and flushable wipes in our sewer, shame on me for not knowing better) in the line which will need to be addressed soon. The sewer lines are original to our 1950s Colonial.  They removed large roots from the sewer and the wipes. 
We will need to either get a root removal $1450 and a chemical treatment once a year or have the entire sewer replaced $5000. 
Overall, I think they were very professional, patient and informative and would recommend them. I can't comment on price because I have nothing to compare it to.

Yet another excellent experience with the staff from Speedy.   Quality work at a fair price, no problems at all.   I strongly recommend them.

Lou and his team were fantastic from start to finish.  I heard back promptly on my initial call, they came the same week for a quick estimate, and even provided a range of potential pricing based on what they would find when they dug.  We scheduled the service very quickly and they arrived at 8:30am and were done by noon.  It was very efficient and I would highly recommend them for this type of work.

Quote/inspection took a little time due to some emergencies with no notice to home owner .  His office staff, while getting the job done, has a rough exterior which can be off putting.  Provided multiple quotes for total replacement vs. simply fixing clean out. (Good to have some options and understand what an entire waste drain replacement would cost).  Louis is up front but he has a tendency to give some loose quotes via the phone.  The price gradually increased upon actual inspection but not so much that it wasnt in the ball park. (may have increased due to additional work)  His professionalism is sub par but thats more his personality and I can tell why some others may have been put off.  (I would recommend getting past this part)  He does come highly recommended from other (higher ranked) professionals on Angie's List.  The work was clean and they took debris with them leaving a very clean and neat space..  In addition I had problems getting my furnace started due to an emergency valve.  He called in an additional worker who checked it out and got it started very quickly.  (There was no additional charge and this was a nice touch on his part).   His crew is clean, nice, professional and timely when it comes to the day of actual work.  
Grade may have been higher if price was a little lower and he didn't verbally throw quotes around and if he was a bit more responsive throughout the process.  I would recommend Speedy for additional work and I think he tries to do the right thing with the client.

Saturday night I discovered that sewage was backing up and overflowing into the basement. I called Speedy Sewer and Louis Marano called back to say that he could come at 9:00 in the morning (Sunday). He arrived promptly and went to work immediately. It was a difficult job because of the flooding. He had to  move a lot of cartons and furniture to gain access to the drains. He did a very professional job at a reasonable price, especially considering that he had to work on Sunday.I will definitely call him again if I need plumbing work in the future.

They were professional and fixed my problem in less than an hour. I would absolutely use them again.

Speedy lived up to its name, coming within a few hours of our call.  They were not only prompt, but professional.  The tech knew what he was doing and left us with a clean drain and good advice.

We had a toilet and tub back up in the first floor, early on a Sunday morning.  I called at 8 am, got a service. The tech called back at 9 and estimated to be at the service location between 11 an 12. He called at 12:30 and arrived about 12:45. We felt this to be acceptable responsiveness and punctuality.

We had used this company twice in the past and found them to be professional AND reasonably priced.  (Prior to that we had used Roto Rooter but they had become increasingly expensive, so we switched to this Spdedy.

I was shocked when we were presented with the bill. The tech was at the location for an hour and a half, give or take 10 minutes (actually I think it was more like 1 1/4 hours.). As per the bill, he "snaked out line from basement towards apartment  in reverse"
due to a grease clog caused by a drain pipe that had slipped from its clamp to the ceiling.

The price of $429 was more per hour that I paid a surgeon for abdominal surgery last year. Amazing!

Though the technicians showed up a little late, there was a snow storm the night before the appointment. The technicians cleared the clean out line as promised. They did a good job but the price was a little steep, $360.00 plus tax. I have had similar work performed in the past for a much more reasonable price.

I had an emergency and needed someone out quickly. I called in the morning and a tech was there by mid afternoon the same day! He gave me a rough quote before starting the job. The price came in below the quote after the cause was identified. That was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. The tech was very friendly and explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Showed up on time, did the work professionally, and took the old sink and parts away for disposal. No fuss, no mess, and no problems.
