Niko's Home Improvement Inc

I heard about Niko from the house cleaning service I hired.  He came over to take a look at the house and noted that some of the walls would be difficult to paint because two rooms were dark teal blue/green and one room was red.  Another room was yellow.  He e-mailed an estimate to me which was a full 1/3 less than any other I received.  And I hired him.  He came to the house as arranged, on time and ready to paint.  He did a terrific job, though it did take three days mostly because I added painting the front door, another room and, of course, covering all my dark colors with white.  Overall, an excellent job and pleasant to work with.  He did not charge more than a couple of hundred dollars for the additional door and room.
