October 2018 Joe on behalf of this business claimed that he is a professional at waterproofing professional, first, he wanted to waterproof my basement but I was not sure so I asked him to do some waterproofing for my backyard which has a pitch toward my property. He charged my $1550 for putting a french drain in my yard with a correct pitch to take water away from my backyard to the street. To make it brief, he damaged all the landscaping and lawn I had, he used wrong materials and he did not even check if the pitch of the drain pipe were correct, none of it worked, still I get water in my backyard and also he messed up my gutter downspout and which was working before and now the water is drain right to my foundation. He came by several times and he had no idea what to do and the end said it is what asked him and he does not why it does not work. Please save your money, he does not know basic terms knowledge about the job. He never even provided me an invoice and unfortunately, I trusted a friend who referred this person.
