 + -1 moreWorking with Kevin was a joy. He was friendly, efficient and thorough. He explained everything and walked us through each step. As first time home buyers, we felt so fortunate to have found someone so patient and invested in this process alongside us. We received our report in under 48 hours. It was very easy to read and understand. We have since called Kevin with questions and he always takes the time to speak with us. If we could give him ten stars, we would!
