They were very nice, but I liked the product better at Lowes. They do not have a sample in the store and not spending that kind of money without seeing the product. The man was not that the knowledgeable at what he was selling. He did not measure right. They never followed up after the quote. It is a good company but at this time I did not like the product or the salesman.

The installers who came in did a good job. They were quick and neat. They told me what to expect. What I really like about them is that you can track online where the windows were. I rate them high overall except the price. I will use them in the future if necessary.

THE WORK WAS FINE AND THE CARPET LOOKS NICE BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS LOUSY. THEY WOULD SET APPOINTMENTS AND THEN NOT SHOW UP AND I DID NOT FEEL THAT THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME CLEARLY.

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THEIR SERVICE IS THAT THEY WERE SOMETIMES HARD TO TALK TO. THEY DID A GOOD JOB THOUGH. THEIR PRICE DID FIT MY STANDARDS. OTHER THAN THAT, I HAD NO OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
