Hi Def Innovations LLC. is a relatively new company (2009) with a lot of experience. We only hire only top notch A/V Installers that know exactly how to install every service we offer. We are passionate about our work and get enjoyment out of what we do. You will be able to see that first hand through any one of our installations. We understand that technology is constantly changing and that is why we always attend every local trade show to keep up with the newest trends. Through this, we are able to offer you the most advanced home theater and surveillance system technology available. The last thing you should know is that we are very friendly and well mannered to all of our customers. Brandon was meticulous and patient. He was also very neat and tidy. The install presented a number of unexpected hiccups, but he managed to work through or around them to get everything up and running almost flawlessly before he left. I say and quot;almostand quot; because we both knew before he started that he would still have some macro programming to do for the remote after he left.
All in all, I'm very excited to have discovered a service provider as knowledgeable and responsive as Brandon and will use him for lots of other things going forward. Highly recommended.
