Domestic Dynamics

I used Shawn twice and plan to hire him again. The first job was to build and install new lattice under my front porch and the second was to paint the foundation of my house. Both jobs were done quickly, professionally and neatly. Everything went just as expected. He's reasonably priced, punctual and works fast keeping the cost low. I would highly recommend Shawn for pretty much anything you need done.

The work performed was to my expectations. Provider was curteous and responsive to my needs. He tried to meet my schedule and was a perfectionist which resulted in beautiful floors. Domestic Dynamics does an outstanding job with interior painting as well and I would definitely use them again.

Shawn is always very responsive, does quality work and is reasonably priced. He is also very polite and is always very neat. I have been so pleased with his painting that I keep calling him back to paint more rooms in my house. He also had the patience to assemble IKEA furniture to create a bedroom vanity for my daughter and she was thrilled with the results. I have absolutely no concerns about using Shawn again in the future and would highly recommend him.

Sean Smith is very accommodating with his time. He called me back and did a reasonable job in a reasonable time. He is prompt, reliable and hardworking.

Shawn is a delightful person to deal with and didn't leave any mess behind (very important to me).

Never disappointed and never overcharged. Neighbors have also used Domestic Dynamics with no complaints. I'm planning to have him paint some rooms for me once I make up my mind on colors :) They'll do just about anything you need done, and in my case, with yard drainage problems, he quoted me a price and came back over and over till it worked the way it should (after other contractors just threw dirt down and left, not waiting to see if it was laid properly) They even came back on rainy days to see for themselves if it worked. Same type of behavior on any project I've contracted for. By all means, use them!! NOTE: this is my second review, submitted one more than a year ago.

They came on time, moved the plastic shed and reassembled loose parts. They brought the A/C up from the basement and installed it in the window. They were a pleasure to deal with and very personable. I would recommend Domestic Dynamics to anyone needing
a hand.

Shawn is my lawn maintenance person who also rescued me when a contractor who installed french drains and catch basins didn't do the job correctly. For $500, Shawn supplied dirt and regraded the yard until the rainfall flowed into the catch basins (the installer charged $2800 and didn't worry whether the job was done properly).
He also cleaned out my very messy flooded utility room and garage, powerwashed and stained my deck beautifully, does special landscaping work, power washed my house and retaining wall, did some landscaping and yard cleanup. He cleaned my kitchen and bathroom floor grout beautifully, he replaced the seal on my toilet. Almost any job I need done he can either do himself or send one of his subcontractors (the electrician is coming tomorrow).
Domestic Dynamics prices are VERY reasonable. But the reason I like using Shawn is that he is a person who won't quit until the job is done completely. Oh, and he never leaves a mess behind -- takes away any trash or waste from his work.

Domestic dynamics not only cleaned up a botched job from another vendor, but did so in a fraction of the time and at a very reasonable price. More importantly, they provide a level of quality and customer service that is rarely seen in the flaky contracting world.

I can not recommend this vendor highly enough, and I continue to use them for other interior and exterior maintenance jobs without issue.
