+ -1 moreThe worst part of the experience wasn't the lack of results by the provider, it was the lack of common courtesy.
Description of Work: I hired the provider to rent my home. The efforts were minimal if not entirely non-existent. There were no qualified candidates in a number of months. The total potential candidates were two. The listing was poorly done. It only had 4 photos with virtually no description. After a few months it became obvious I was not going to be able to motivate the provider to do a better job. I then put the place on Craigslist and had it rented within 48 hours.
