After the damage, I was worried that the insurance payout would not be adequate to restore my home to its original condition. Scott at Capri Builders was willing to repeat paperwork and estimates multiple times to provide the detail required by the insurance companies.  He also was willing to give me addresses of homes he had worked on so that I could look at samples of his work. and talk to references.  

Scott was innovative in his approach.  Because of his suggestions  we were able to maintain the value of our home without having to completely replace all siding. (He replaced siding in the peak with scallops, and saved that siding for use to replace the damaged siding for a perfect match.  He saved the j-channels from a garden window that was leaking which he repaired, and used those j-channels as a perfect match to replace the one damaged by the accident on the front of the house.)  He was also patient with me as I stressed over colors, both interior and exterior.  Several neighbors have commented that they like the results and have asked who did the work.  I appreciated the fact the he paid attention to detail -- insulated window garage doors were replaced with the same quality, all masonry work was replaced so that it would match. He made certain we ended with the same number of garage door openers, he asked about the sheen I wanted for the paint, etc., etc.  It was interesting to see how they jacked up the house and to watch the care they took to make certain the upstairs bedrooms were again level.  During the work process, they made suggestions for minor improvements to prevent potential future problems.  While they were here and painting anyway we had them install ceiling fans and overhead lights, a great enhancement to the house.  They worked hard to get work completed around weather issues.  Work was completed so that we had use of the garage and entire house for the winter.  We knew in advance that a part of the masonry and touch up painting would not be completed until warm weather.  They were happy to do touch-ups and have the ability to correct all kinds of minor problems.  The company knows what they are doing and they have high quality construction standards. 
 
I appreciated how quickly they put up temporary support walls and boarding so that I again felt safe and secure in the home.  They never left without securing the house.  I was very comfortable having Capri Builders in my home.  The workers were pleasant to be around and were willing to answer lots of questions.  I appreciated being able to live in the home during all of the construction, even if this may have slowed their work.  Every night before leaving they cleaned up.  My home has been improved due to their efforts.  I am very happy with the work they did and am glad we selected Capri Builders to repair our home.
