Mike gave me a prompt estimate, and his price did not change upon completion of work. In two days, they ripped out and removed old carpet and tac strips, sanded floors in living room, hall, and stairs, and coated with water/oil stain/sealant. They sealed all doorways with plastic and cleaned up dust thoroughly. Beautiful job on floors, which included replacing some damaged floor boards and repairing others. They adressed all of my concerns about the condition of the floors prior to staining. Guys were friendly, even messed around with my kids until we got out of their hair. Great price, excellent job, I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.
